1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppsCert ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AppsCert provides certificate and provisioning profile management tools for iOS and Android developers, including:

  • Certificate expiration monitoring and alerts
  • Automated provisioning profile renewal
  • Team collaboration and certificate sharing
  • Integration with Apple Developer Portal
  • Compliance reporting and audit logs

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Provide accurate billing information

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans.

5. Apple Developer Credentials

To use certain features, you must provide Apple Developer API credentials. By providing these credentials, you:

  • Confirm you have authority to connect the Apple Developer account
  • Authorize AppsCert to access and modify certificates and profiles on your behalf
  • Accept responsibility for any actions taken through the API

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AppsCert and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AppsCert be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

AppsCert is not responsible for any certificate expiration, revocation, or related issues that occur due to Apple Developer Portal changes, service outages, or user error.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
