Repo-first Apple Pay changes, planned,verified in your environment
AppsCert coordinates your Apple Pay certificates through the repos, PRs, CI and secrets managers you already use — from confirmed intent to verified change. The platform is currently in pilot: a small set of integrations are exercised against synthetic fixtures; the rest is on the public roadmap.

What the pilot is, and what it is not
The pilot targets a €500 / month envelope per organization, subject to the agreed wallet of merchants, certificates, environments and connectors. We do not publish seat limits, savings or SLAs we have not measured.
Repo-first intent
Your appscert.yaml declares services, environments and resource relationships. AppsCert never silently infers production.
Plans, not surprises
Every change is a durable plan with PR diff, preconditions, approver and evidence. No magic button.
Credentials stay put
Material lives in your secrets manager and PSP. AppsCert references it; the control plane never sees the bytes.

None of these connectors is advertised as available in production. The Apple Pay PP cell shows the most progress but is still exercised against synthetic fixtures only.
